Training for all courses takes place at our Beauty in london  Schools based in islington

WE MAY TAKE PHOTOS/VIDEOS DURING COURSE IF YOU DO NOT WANT YOUR IMAGE USED ON SOCIAL MEDIA WEBSITE INSTAGRAM ETC PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU LET THE TUTOR KNOW BEFORE LEAVING COURSE.

We provide students with access to our online training area before they attend the school. We find by doing this they are able to complete the theory in their own time and are able to absorb more information. This also means we have more time for practical, which then allows the tutor to demonstrate best practices as well as answer any  Q & A’s.

What’s the difference between a diploma and an NVQ/VRQ qualification?

The really depends on what you’re looking to do, if you’re looking to treat friends, go mobile or run your business from home then we’d recommend a diploma by the Beauty Guild. However, if you were looking to work in a Salon or Spa most would require you to have an NVQ/VRQ qualification.

If you decide on the NVQ/VRQ qualification you’ll also be required to attend an additional day for assessment, further to this you’ll automatically receive a diploma qualification. More information will be given to you during your practical day at the School. Assessments are only available islington

The upgrade will cost £160 per treatment for example Manicure £160Pedicure £160. Cost for other upgrades £230 each for Full Body Massage, Microdermabrasion, Reflexology Eyelash Extensions, Epilation and Facial/Body Electrotherapy, and is available during checkout. Once you have completed the Diploma day you will be required to complete the following as *home study:

Once all of the above has been completed, you would return to the school to complete your assessments and written exams.
*Home study may take 2-8 weeks depending on your time available to complete content.

Can I upgrade my diploma to an NVQ at a later date?

Yes, you’ll have the option to do this. You’ll have to pay the additional fee (see above) for the upgrade, and we’ll then provide you with all the additional material for your NVQ qualification. We’ll then schedule your assessment day at the school.

Yes. Free refreshers are offered up to 6 month after course date if you feel you need more training.

How many students are there in a class?

We believe in keeping the class sizes small, so students have more one 2 one time with our tutors. Our normal class size is 4 to 8.

Will I need to bring a model?

Please see course content for any course-specific requirements regarding models as some courses DO REQUIRE models.

In most cases, no models are required; students will work on each other for the practical element. However, if you feel more comfortable bringing your own model for the beauty course just let us know in advance via email. Failure to inform us that you are bringing a model could result in your course being cancelled without refund. If the course has an uneven number of students, you may be asked to bring your own model however you will be contacted by admin to discuss this.

Whilst every care is taken when delivering courses to prevent any issues when students are practising treatments however, you must be aware that this is training and that you accept that there may be risk associated with receiving treatments from a student.

When completing a NVQ/VRQ, you are required to provide your own models for your Assessment Days. Please be aware that you may not be working on your model during an Assessment Day. To maintain a realistic working environment and to develop your skills of working on different clients, models will be allocated at random on an Assessment day

The challenge is to bring a company whose web presence is boring up to date. The challenge is to ensure that when a client visits your website they feel positive about your company. The challenge is that most customers will judge you based on appearance alone, and if your website looks unprofessional or poorly made then they will think your company as a whole is unprofessional. Each and every part of the organization matters when winning over a new client:

  • Improve sales and operations and production planning:

The teams focused their efforts on a few of the highest-value S&OP levers in order to review the current planning process, identify gaps in the planning infrastructure and analytically understand demand and supply variability.

  • Determine the right inventory level:

With hundreds of medications in the market, Pharm Ltd. needed a proper method to predict and manage their inventory. Using a mean absolute percentage analysis (MAPE), the teams defined appropriate levels for raw materials and finished products by mapping actual versus forecasted sales on the most important SKUs.

  • Optimize the supply chain for perfect order planning:
